The room was set up in memory of Drs Jim and Mark Bonnin. Dr Jim Bonnin was Director of the IMVS from 1962 to 1982. Dr. Mark Bonnin was a physician at the Royal Adelaide Hospital for many years.

The Bonnin Room contains heritage and special collections.

The room seats 12 people and has projection and Internet connection facilities. It can be booked for staff meetings at no cost and is available to outside organisations for hire.

Tea and coffee facilities are available and catering can be arranged.
