Clinicians can access patient results in a number of ways, including having a printed copy delivered to the place of request, or downloaded to their practice management software. Regardless of the method of results delivery, we take patients' privacy seriously.
Results download software
Our results download software allows clinicians to receive results electronically to their practice management software, via a secure and encrypted process to a computer using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
